About the job as a technical administrator:

As a technical administrator at Siemens Energy, via Jefferson Wells, you will be an important part of the technical support group within Instrument & Tool Service. You will work in a central function where you ensure that the right instruments and toolkits are delivered with the correct content for development tests, installations, and service assignments globally.

The work involves creating equipment structures in SAP, managing parts in PLM2020, and updating existing toolkits when changes occur. You will also provide administrative support to the workshop that physically handles the equipment. The role suits you if you are quality-conscious, structured, and thrive in a technical and systems-intensive environment.

Common tasks include:
* Creating and updating equipment structures in SAP and creating parts and managing data in PLM2020.
* Maintaining and updating toolkits when changes occur,
* Providing administrative support to the workshop and communicating with internal and external parties via Teams, phone, and email.
* Managing information related to equipment such as hydraulics, hand tools, flow meters, laser equipment, cabling, and measuring probes.

The candidate we are looking for:

We are looking for someone with administrative experience, who is meticulous and enjoys a role where structure and quality are central. You have a technical interest or technical competence and feel comfortable working in multiple systems. To succeed in the role, you need to be communicative, responsible, and able to collaborate with different functions.

Additionally, we are looking for someone who:

  • Has administrative experience
  • Is meticulous, structured, and quality-conscious
  • Is systems-oriented and enjoys working in multiple systems
  • Is proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Preferred qualifications for the role include:

  • Experience from industry.
  • Knowledge of SAP and/or knowledge of PLM2020.
